  1. Over the years the level of bad cholesterol can be increased. In some people cholesterol provokes serious health problems and to avoid such a thing is important to pursue a healthy lifestyle. We can start by avoiding the excess consumption of these foods that increase the presence of bad cholesterol in the bloodstream.
Otherwise it is known as LDL (low density lipoproteins). While good cholesterol is known as HDL (high-density lipoprotein), which leads to cholesterol back to the liver. You should have HDL cholesterol in your body to catch “bad” cholesterol.

Our life style can greatly affect the good and bad cholesterol. It happens that consumption of some products or beverages increases LDL (bad cholesterol) and lowers HDL (good cholesterol). Alcohol is the enemy of our organism, but not all types of alcoholics act in the same way. Scientists at the University of Pennsylvania include a study of 80,000 people who were monitored for six years. People who participated in this study had no health problems or were anti-cholesterol medication users.

They saw the consumption of alcohol mast and found that people who drank an average of one to two a day drinks per day for men and a half or a glass for women, the good cholesterol level dropped slowly. In those who drank more, levels increased more. But it does not end there. Scientists have discovered that beer has the greatest effects. Good cholesterol falls at faster rates, so it is good to take as much as possible out of the consumption. The study did not include wine consuming so we do not know the impact it may have on good cholesterol.
