In those who drank more, levels increased more. But it does not end there. Scientists have discovered that beer has the greatest effects. Good cholesterol falls at faster rates, so it is good to take as much as possible out of the consumption. The study did not include wine consuming so we do not know the impact it may have on good cholesterol.
